Beyond Museums, Historical Societies, and Archival Institutions

Director
of Library Services, Norwalk Community College
Most libraries offer their users access to their own collections
and resources along with access to a wide range of sources
through local or regional online catalogs and finding aids
of museums, historical societies, and archival institutions.
While many of these institutions do have their own Internet
sites, there is a wealth of other open source resources that
are often overlooked.
This collection of internet resources provides faculty, librarians,
archivists, and students with readily available information
about Connecticut resources and special collections in other
repositories.
