Collection Description:

  1. Museum Collection: fine, folk and decorative arts, industrial history, maritime history, Amistad collection, objects cover greater New Haven history from the Quinnipiac Indians through the present
  2. Photograph Archive: over 75,000 images documenting New Haven history from 1840 to the present
  3. Library Collection: 30,000 printed works, 300 manuscript collections, maps, architectural drawings, photographs, broadsides, scrapbooks on the history and genealogy of New Haven.
