The Society will have regular hours in their Monroe History Room at the
new Edith Wheeler
Memorial Library slated to open in the fall of 2006.
Access restrictions:
Handle copies only; originals in plastic sleeves. Some books will not be available
to handle.

Collection
Description: Collections pertain to the town
of Monroe and surrounding region. There is limited genealogical
information. Collections include numerous old photographs,
letters, diaries, selected artifact items on display on
rotating basis, 19 th century local paintings, clothing,
farm equipment.
